Due to the nature of our subscription-based, paywalled products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE. As a Subscriber, you are not entitled to a refund or credit from UP DOWN LEFT RIGHT LLC, a Partner, our payment processor, or any parties affiliated with any of the foregoing under any circumstances, including, without limitation:
However, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a refund, discount or credit at any time. Receiving a refund, discount or credit in one instance does not entitle you to any further refunds, discounts, or credits in any other or future instances.
Please keep in mind that, as stated in our Terms of Service, as a Subscriber, your subscription to our Products will automatically renew at the end of your free trial period or Subscription Period.
Visit your Subscription Settings to manage notifications and renewal activity for all of your subscriptions in one place. If you do not want to stay subscribed to a particular product, please check "Do Not Renew" or cancel your subscription.
You will not be entitled to a refund or credit as a result of your failure to disable automatic renewal of your subscription: we do not issue refunds or credits of Fees for partial or unused Subscription Periods.
In addition, a Subscriber is subject to immediate termination of their UP DOWN LEFT RIGHT account without refund of any Fees paid for then-current Subscription Periods, if any one of the following events occur:
